ProQuest Congressional is a web-based indexing and abstracting service for Congressional committee publications, including publlished and unpublished hearings (testimony), committee prints, reports, documents, and public laws. It also includes the full text and status of bills, selected testimony, regulations, and two periodicals, National Journal and Congress Daily. Additional features include Member directories and campaign contributions and a guide to creating citations.

THOMAS.gov provides online access to the Congressional Record and other legislative materials. Congress.gov will replace THOMAS by the end of 2014. Content will be transferred throughout 2014 - including nominations, treaties and communications - before THOMAS is formally retired. New content will be added to congress.gov, but THOMAS will no longer be updated. THOMAS links will remain active until all content is transferred to congress.gov, with the exception of the homepage THOMAS.gov, which redirects to the congress.gov homepage.
