The Authority of the "Provisional Court" of Lousiana

Did you know that you can search through most periodical scholarship by the Yale Law faculty in the Faculty section of our Legal Scholarship Repository? In addition to material by our current faculty, a large number of articles by past members of the faculty are included. Currently, the oldest is from 1865! It is Simeon Baldwin, The Authority of the “Provisional Court” of Louisiana, 13 American Law Register (n.s.) 385 (1865).
