BusinessResearch Support

Dear Students:

Did you know that there are librarians at Yale’s Center for Science & Social Science Information (CSSSI) that are experts in the field of business research? In addition to the Law Library’s business resources, our CSSSI colleagues, Rashelle Nagar and Erin Wachowicz, are business librarians who work as a team to collaboratively support business-related research across campus. They have prepared a number of tools to assist with researching these topics. If you are interested in areas such as entrepreneurship, corporate sustainability, and global finance, among others, please don’t hesitate to seek their assistance by contacting business.reference@yale.edu.

In addition, many frequently asked questions from business researchers have been addressed in Yale Business Answers Now: business-answers-yale.libanswers.com. These answers range from the general (“Where can I find business directories?”) to the specific (“Where can I find analyst (investment banking or equity research) reports?”).

Our colleagues at CSSSI have also prepared a Business & Management research guide (guides.library.yale.edu/business) that features essential resources for company information and industry and market research, as well as a full list of Yale’s business databases (guides.library.yale.edu/business/list).

Of course, the reference librarians here at YLS are available to help you with your research – including business – as well. You can reach them at law.reference@yale.edu.

Warm regards,
Your Law Library
