The Yale Law School Legal Scholarship Repository is our online, open access website containing almost all Yale Law School faculty legal scholarship published in U.S. law journals, as well as a great deal of student scholarship, and entire runs of Yale’s law journals. The repository is recognized as one of the most valuable free portals of legal scholarship available on the internet.
At the Yale Law School, the digital repository is now treated as the central digital archive of professors’ work, past and present. It plays a vital role in our preservation efforts for the Law School and represents the institutional memory of the school’s scholarship. In addition to faculty and student scholarship, the repository houses a number of unique collections worth exploring.
Of particular interest, the papers relating to the annual Seminario en Latinoamérica de Teoría Constitucional y Política (SELA), a gathering of top legal scholars from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Perú, Puerto Rico, Spain and the United States, are housed in the repository, and point to the global nature of this resource.
