card_catalog_2.jpg

We often get questions about how to locate JSD Dissertations. Yale JSD Dissertations are available to the Yale community.

Recent dissertations, those published within the last two years are available in our permanent reserve. Students may request this material and browse through them.

Older dissertations are available from our off-site library shelving facility. You can search our law library catalog, and then request them from the library shelving facility.

Please contact a librarian for assistance.
