Doug Lind is the Director for Collections and Scholarly Services at the Lillian Goldman Law Library at Yale Law School. As a member of the law library leadership team, he is responsible for administering the Law Library's collection development, special collections, and scholarly services operations. Doug has more than thirty years  experience in academia.  Before coming to Yale, he was Library Director and Professor of Law at Southern Illinois University.  Prior to that, he was Head of Collections at Georgetown Law Library.  A two-time recipient of the Joseph L. Andrews Legal Literature Award, Doug’s scholarship focuses on the production and transmission history of 19th century printed materials. He holds a B.A. from Purdue University, a J.D. from Valparaiso University, and an M.I.L.S. from The University of Michigan.
