JSD Candidate Pens Int'l Legal Encyclopedia Entry

Teresa Miguel-Stearns

Diane Desierto, a JSD Candidate here at YLS who is currently clerking at the International Court of Justice in The Haag, Netherlands, has authored an authoritative and comprehensive entry for the definitive Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law.  Ms. Desierto's entry on international law in South and Southeast Asia explores the historical development of the region and the region's laws.  The entry is replete with citations (which will be hyperlinked soon), footnotes, and bibliography, which links Yale users directly to the bibliographic item.

Please note the the MPEPIL is a subscription database which means that it is only avalable by the Yale community and patorns must be connected to the Yale network to access it.
