Discover Electronic Databases

The Yale Library offers access to more than 1,100 electronic databases including collections of e-journals and e-books, primary sources, law specific sources, newspapers, image, sound and video collections, and abstract and indexing services. Accessing some databases requires individual log-in while other databases are available on campus through IP recognition or via VPN when off-campus. Law Library - A-Z Databases

The Law Library maintains a database list for domestic and foreign and international law-related resources, including primary and secondary sources and specialized collections. This list highlights frequently used legal databases and new acquisitions.
 

Quicksearch

Researchers can discover Yale’s electronic databases using Yale's Quicksearch Database interface. Here one can browse or search electronic databases. You can search by title, subject, or a word in a title (i.e. newspaper), and further narrow by applying filters including language and subject, for example.
