Find Library Spaces
General
The Lillian Goldman Law Library has six levels: L5, L4, L3, L2, L1 & the Upper East Side, and the Lower East Side. Stretching across these levels you can find our expansive on-site collection alongside numerous areas for quiet study.
The main library entrance is located at the top of the law school's main staircase and delivers you to the main reading room on L3. There is also an ID-accessible side entrance from the courtyard to L2 where you can find our Rare Book Room and Law IT.
Collaboration
The Law Library has one designated collaborative work space (pictured above). This is an excellent talking space within the library where you and your classmates can hold study sessions, reading groups, or source cites. It is located in the middle of the room down on the Lower East Side.
You can find library floor maps and a virtual tour of the Sterling Law Building on our library spaces page.
